The Solicitors Regulation Authority set the principles and code of conduct that we abide by in order to provide our legal services. The SRA certifies that we work to the high standards they set. They also assure our clients that we have the correct insurance to protect them should anything go wrong. Additionally they allow our clients access to a compensation fund to refund any losses that were not your fault. If you are concerned about our service or your case with us you can complain via the SRA who will investigate and pursue your complaint.
